Great crystals here! There's always at least one that I need and I always get great advice. I've popped in quite alot over the last year or so and always had a lovely chat with the lady. Love this shop! ❤️

Very bad experience here. I suffer with terrible anxiety and I usually feel very at home and calm around crystals but not in this place that's for sure! Firstly she shouted at us for having drinks so we came back once we finshed them, next we weren't greeted by her at all and just given horrible looks, the place just has a very negative vibe and in my opinion the tumbles are quite over priced and not set out in the way beautiful crystals deserve 🙁

VERY RUDE WOMAN! I've no idea how she's still in business. Zero customer service skills. She shouted at my daughter when she was about to bring a drink in. She said she'd leave it outside the door. The shop owner very rudely shouted, "No, you're friend will have to take it around the corner." So she did, and then my daughter went in to buy some incense sticks but the woman started shouting that she was highly allergic to the drink. She refused to serve her and continued to shout as she left the shop. My daughter is so quiet as well, only wish I'd been there!
Very bizarre behaviour. Looking at the other reviews, she makes a habit of being rude to customers.

I visited this shop today to buy some incense cones, honestly I don’t know how it’s still in business as the woman who works there is incredibly rude to her customers! I accidentally dropped a bath bomb (which were put in a stupid place) and straight away she snapped at me, “is it broken?” I said no it’s not and so I picked it back up and put it in the basket and she then started tutting and sighing and even picked the bath bomb back up to check it wasn’t broken, as if she didn’t believe me. I felt like she was going to charge me if I had broken it, they were rubbish anyway with no scent and I think they were only about a quid! I then was about to make a purchase despite this incident so I asked if she took card and she just said NO so I just said oh well it doesn’t matter then, dumped the stuff I was about to buy and walked out. Very poor experience! I think you need lessons in customer service! I won’t be visiting this shop again, instead I will be going to the other little shop in the Grainger market that sells incense where the staff are always really friendly.

Lovely atmosphere to the shop, very vintage feeling which I absolutely love and it's hard to come by independent shops that sell such a unique range of goods like this anymore. Woman who was working in the store was so friendly and approachable. Great priced gems, my mum's very happy with the gifts I picked up for her. Thank you

I was in the market looking for an item for my son's World Book Day costume, coincidentally, on the first year anniversary of my sister's death. My family is in America, so it was hard for me to commemorate her death. The shopkeeper's kindness meant so much that day. I bought some stones for grief and strength as well on her recommendations. I have some very special items that will help me remember my sister. And his costume turned out great! Thank you!

Update: I have increased my 1 star to 4 stars.
Over the past few months, I have kept returning to this store and found that the lady has massively improved her attitude to customers!
I still do go in feeling a little weary of how she might be with customers hence why only 4 stars but it's a pleasant surprise. I would recommend anyone who has been in and had a bad experience to revisit and see how you feel.

The store itself is 5* the woman who I guess owns it doesn't deserve a rating she's that rude. I understand people can have off days, in that case, she's having an off-year! I keep going to this shop expecting her to be nice and I believe in supporting small businesses but I'm sick of her customer service. I think I'll give her one last chance in the hope

I was browsing the insence and she came over and stared at me like I was a thief, like wouldn't even look away from me. The attitude in the woman is awful, avoid this place if you can.
