I am from Oregon and all the Indian groceries over there were well equipped with a cafeteria too where you could enjoy some quick snack bites. I wish they had some quick snack food options too. Overall, there is everything you would expect from any Indian grocery store. When I was in, they were out of curry leaves and I had to remind one of the store folks who re-stocked them quickly. So just ask the store member if something is missing. There is no major Indian grocery store between Kent and all the way down to Sumner, so this is the only closest option if coming upwards from South.

Apna bazar is worse place because of employees rude behavior when we return green mangos which is very expensive $6 a mango. Employee sohasi said owner is South Indian and he will not refund the things we buy even the purchased items still at cash counter. And employee said we don’t care customers and those should not be come back again in store if return the purchased items. I think they lost a customer one by one if the employees didn’t change the behavior.

The staff at Apna Bazar were friendly and helpful, offering assistance when needed and providing recommendations for new products to try. Their knowledge and enthusiasm added to the overall pleasant shopping experience.

I’m really frustrated with my recent experience at your store. The lady at the counter, who seemed healthy , charged me for extra items I didn’t buy! It was clear she was probably on a call while ringing me up. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable.I shouldn’t have to deal with extra charges because someone can’t focus on their job.

I had posted a regarding Pins found in the bag of Royal Basmati rice. Today I found it was not on the list.
I had disappointing experience when l went and showed them. They not only kept the bag but also refused to give details of their supplier. They contested my claim which was against what they had promised on the website.
It is now more than 3 weeks and
They are yet to respond.

Today is 19 th September. After reading the response from the owner I called up yesterday for the manager. I asked her what she was proposing?
She said she was busy , she would
Talk to the owners and would call back after an hour and took my phone number.
She failed on her promise.

We can buy most of our food and other stuffs. We would like to go over here. There are lot of south and north food stuffs. My kids would like to go and buy their snacks like murukku and mixer and Laddoo and etc.

I am regular visitor to this store. Today I had very experience when I asked one of employee to put some ginger as the ginger is not good. In response he replied that the ginger is there. And he did stock any more.
