Not a good place for shopping . Firstly they say that clothes can be exchange but they don't exchange if any problem is there .very bd experience.

Not a good place for shopping. Bought 2 jeans and both were defective. Like one leg of jeans was bigger than other one, can you imagine that. On top of that, they refused to exchange product as price tag was cut. I gifted that jeans to someone so had to cut price tag and faced humiliation because of this poor build quality and very poor service by staff. Very poor build quality, colors faded after 1 wash. Won't recommend at all.

Good place for shopping items like
Clothes , groceries and there are good quality products available, the staff of v mart are also good and helpful staff but for shoes it is not a good place to go and search , low quality shoes are there

दिनांक 08/10/2022 तेलिबाग लखनऊ V MART से 1400 rs की खरीदारी मेरे द्वारा की गई थी . Purchesing के time बताया गया की Next 1500 rs की purchesing पर 500 rs की छूट मिलेगी . दिनांक 05.11.2022 को जब मै purchesing के तेलिबाग लखनऊ V BAZAR गया तो आपके सेल्स man ने कहा की आपके द्वारा इस store से कोई खरीदारी नहीं की गई है . जब मैंने अपना statment दिखाया तो उसमे V MART AURAIYA show कर रहा है. मेरा mobile no भी store में billing counter पर nahi show कर रहा है. ये कैसा FROUD है. मेरा coopan आपके सेल्स man ने Froud कर के बेच तो नहीं दिया . purchesing के time मेरे mobile पर massage भी नहीं आया था . जब मैंने इस चीज की complain करनी चाही तो सेल्स man ने misbehave किया वो बोला मेरा फोटो ले लो जहा चाहो वहा complain कर दो .
ये froud का नया तरीका है .
