From start to finish, couldn't have had a better used car buying experience. All staff were knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

They allowed us to view the car in our own time without any pressure. The test drive was thorough, informative and allowed us to test pretty much all the cars features.

Finance was sorted without a hitch and we drove away happy. My next used car purchase will be with Car Bazaar for sure and yours should be too!

We bought a Seat Leon and were very pleased with the polite and efficient service from the team.
On the phone we were able to discuss the car, ask some further questions and arrange a viewing.
When we arrived for the viewing, the car was fully prepared, ready and waiting.
We were able to thoroughly inspect the car and test drive - all without any sales pressure to commit to buying.

The staff were patient and didn't rush us when arranging paperwork, road tax, and insurance etc.

Overall i was thoroughly impressed with the whole process - which was made possible by the polite, knowledgable and professional nature of the team.

I would definitely recommend and use this car dealer again in the future.

Advice from agents regarding actual car type was very helpful. Finance package was easy to sort out and very quick! Vehicle itself was exactly as described in excellent condition. Delivery was on time with delivery driver keeping me informed of location.

I've deliberately waited to leave a review to see what the aftersales service was like, if needed.  Anyone can smile and sell you a car, it's backing up the sale that matters.

Buying my 6 series was a great experience, I had a 3 hour drive to go and see the car and wanted to be sure the journey wasn't going to be wasted so had a few calls over a couple of days, speaking with Tee and Habib about the car and about my part ex, before deciding to go and see the car.  They really couldn't have been more helpful, genuine, and friendly, without any pressure.

Once I came to collect the car, I met others who work there, and everyone else came across just as genuine.  They stayed open late for me, didn't rush me, and had a warm "family business" approach, which instilled confidence to go ahead with my purchase.

A couple of days in, I noticed a couple of minor niggles with the car which wouldn't have been picked up without spending hours driving it.  I let Tee and Habib know and they immediately said they would sort these out straight away,  which they did.  They also threw in a full detailing of the car as a surprise which was fantastic.

In short, when I'm looking to buy again, I'll be straight on the phone to Car Bazaar, they're head and shoulders above other dealers I've dealt with.
