I have visited here so many times and it's only just crossed my mind that I've never actually left a review!
I have been shopping here for decades.
It's a spellbinding gem of a shop. You cannot leave without being tempted by the wealth of crystals, jewellery and incense available for sale.
I never leave without a purchase and have bought some exquisite gemstone jewellery from here in the past.
I've never received anything less than exceptional service. Asking to try on rings has never been too much trouble and I've purchased some multiple times.
I love that they'll permit me to bring my dog as I peruse the abundance of crystals and incense.
It's a credit to Leicester as an independent boutique style shop and well worth a visit - the windows are always suitably dressed and you can't help but be enticed to pop in and browse - it's a lovely place for buying unique gifts too.

Fantastic shop. So many unusual and lovely items. Gifts for others or yourself. Unique and colourful garments available. ?as well as objet d'art , vaping paraphernalia. Ethnic lamps, ornaments. Wall art. Tourist paradise.

Nothing but AMAZING staff, service and support. The owner Paul is a treasure. The store is filled with the most beautiful unique pieces. From crystals to everything ? I don’t smoke myself but even I couldn’t pass up on buying from them. I adore this shop and the staff. Definitely will always recommend ?

I don't understand the other people complaining about being discriminated against. I am a person of colour and I never felt discriminated against at all. The shop is wonderful - so many great items and jewellery all presented so well. I asked for some help with negative energies and I was guided with courtesy and respect. I bought some black stone pendants, incense etc...everything is working very well and I feel cleansed

Great shop & stock, i enjoy browsing in there but the staff are always awfully rude, and i have had many occasions where prices were rung up to be higher than what's written on the tag, and one cashier was too stubborn to admit she read the price number wrong on an item and refused to refund me, her attitude was awful and put me off buying from there again.

used to come here all the times with my friends and loved it, never had a problem with any of the staff. today my new friends from uni, who are both people of colour and i went in.
we had staff staring at us coldly the whole time whilst we were just looking around the shop admiring all the different trinkets and fragrances. my friend was then spoken to rudely over something that could have been easily said with a friendlier tone. after that, they continued staring at us all until we got too uncomfortable and left.
im not even fully white myself but white passing, and when i come here with my white friends we have never been treated this way, or made as uncomfortable as this.
pretty ironic too since the place has items from an array of different cultures.

i went here with my friends hoping to have fun looking around but as soon as we walked in, the staff there gave us strange looks & one of my friends was talked to in a really mean way for no reason. even after that the staff kept staring at us, which made us feel really uncomfortable. like we just wanted to check out the cool stuff in the shop, like trinkets and fragrances, but they made it a bad experience. throughout our visit, we felt scrutinized and judged, making it impossible to enjoy & its a multicultural store it's absurd that the staff are a bunch of racist people.
